We all know that fitting in 1 hour long workouts everyday is virtually impossible for most people—whether you are a full time student, employee, mom to beautiful children--it’s not exactly the easiest thing to make that time slot happen. Of course, there are exceptions to that rule and you can definitely exercise for 1 hour if you really set your mind to it, but the question here is…wouldn’t you rather exercise about 20 minutes (or less) on most days so you can spend that time doing other things you enjoy? Yeap, I thought so.
Here I have a short video for you, featuring a super fun and effective circuit to work on your cardio and muscle tone. Errr….muscle building? Hmmph, the word “tone” always gets me all confused and I’m not sure if I even like it! What do you guys think about that word? “TONE”?
And as you may have noticed, I’m a huge fan of incorporating as many muscle groups and exercises in one single routine. In my opinion, that is the best way to rev up the metabolism and feel wholesome. As if that reason alone weren’t enough, the best thing is that if you happen to miss a workout or two during the week, then you at least know that you’ve got most of the muscle groups and cardio covered.
I hope you give this workout a try and please let me know how you liked it!
Oh and please disregard my super nasty hair as it wasn’t washed and it looks like I have a bald spot. I guess that’s the sacrifice of being in front of the camera? I’m actually very shy in front of the camera and don’t necessarily like getting filmed, but I just gave in. Hehe.
Do you prefer full body workouts or do you like to break them down by muscle groups?
Are you comfortable in front of a camera?
