I hope you’re having a fantastic week! It is Greg’s birthday today so we (hopefully) have lots of fun things in store fore tonight! Fortunately, yesterday I suddenly remember the birthday tradition that I started for Greg’s birthday last year, which was our first one as a married couple.
If you know me in the least bit, then you are probably aware that I’m terrible at keeping traditions—big or small, I just can’t keep up with them sometimes and let alone remember them…haha. But good thing that I was able to keep the cinnamon roll tradition alive this year, or I would have had to start it from scratch next year.
Greg, you are truly loved and cherished! I love you with all of my heart and I hope to do so forevermore to the best of my abilities. Happy birthday and enjoy the ride because God has a bountiful of blessings in store this year! Great job being such a supportive husband, sweet dad to Selah, and a persevering man of God. I know you are faaaaar from perfect, hah! We both know that. But your honesty and humility are truly inspiring to me so don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
So today I am sharing yet another circuit with you, and it is composed of four exercises, or should I say five?! It’s hard to explain so watch the video if you have the chance.
I will let the video do the explaining and I hope you give it a try! Lately it has been one of my favorite routines because it gets me sweaty, sore, and pumped up in a rather short length of time. Ready, set, go!
Have a beautiful day you guys! Today, I would like to take the time to thank you for your friendship, and the time you put into reading what I have to say definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.
Also, as I reflect on God’s blessings in my life, I am reminded that nothing that I have is because I deserve it…but simply because HE MAKES ME WORTHY because of WHO HE IS. His grace is infinite and although He’s not obligated to do anything for us, He still gives us the air we breathe…the love we feel from those around us…and ultimately, His love and salvation if we only come to Him in brokenness and humility. This, in my opinion, is the greatest pursuit of a healthy lifestyle because it ultimately isn’t about us—but about Him and other individuals. Someone out there is waiting to hear that he/she is LOVED! Perhaps that someone is you??
Make this a great day.
What have you been reflecting on lately? Thankful for something in particular?
Have you tried any of these exercises before? How did they work out for you?
